What you are buying

Every tool here is free to use. The paid step is always one named thing, and the refund terms depend on which kind it is, so both are set out separately below.

Everything here unlocks instantly

No paid step on this site waits on a person. Access opens the moment payment clears, so there is no queue to cancel out of and no working-day promise to miss.

• CaseRail case pack ($19) — the export unlocks in the builder. CaseRail
• CiteRoom full-site citation report ($49) — scan up to 25 pages in one run and download the dated report. CiteRoom
• HPT full-file evidence export ($199) — the row cap is lifted and every run exports the grouped rows, the SHA-256 receipt and the CMS validator handoff bundle.
• HPT 30-day monitor pack ($99) — five tracked re-runs, open for 30 days, each keeping its own dated receipt. HPT 30

If the thing you paid for never unlocked, or will not open, email us and we refund in full — there is no time limit on a delivery that did not work.

Because every unlock is immediate, the statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content ends once you use it. Ask before you run the paid step and we will still refund.

For the 30-day monitor pack, if you stop part-way we refund the re-runs you have not used.

How to request

Email [email protected]from the address on the order, with the order number. We reply within 3 working days.

What happens then之后会怎样

An approved refund returns to the original payment method. Access tied to the refunded order is withdrawn at the same time.

Cancellation取消

Nothing on this site bills you again on its own. The 30-day monitor pack expires by itself at the end of its 30 days; there is no subscription to cancel.
